Theology of the Body Course 10 Hours
(5 Friday Evenings in August /September 2024)
@ St Joseph’s Church (Victoria Street)
Considered one of the greatest legacies of St John Paul II, this catechesis explains Catholic teachings through the lenses of the Nuptial Mystery. Understanding Sexuality, Love and the Meaning of Life is critical not only for marriage and sexual morality, but concerns the entire Gospel, the Bible and in fact the Whole Mission of Christ. A must for all in family and youth ministry and adult / teen catechesis; and all who wants to make sense of the sexual moral confusion and scandals in the Church and the world.

Pornography is a multi-billion-dollar industry. And it has had a huge impact on individuals, families and societies. In Singapore, a survey in 2016 indicated that 91 percent of teenage boys and 35 percent of teenage girls had watched or read sexually explicit materials within the previous year.
By now, the statistics are likely to be worse.
As parents, we cannot but be concerned about the negative impact of pornography on our children.
Come and join us as we seek to understand the psychological aspects of pornography, and how we can help our children avoid its snares.
